大学英语D（一)

1．课程性质
本课程适用于独立学院大学本科一年级音乐专业学生（含音乐学专业专升本学生）。考虑到音乐专业学生入学时的英语基础比较薄弱，本课程的教学起点较低。主要培养学生对英语的兴趣，教授学习英语的基本方法，英语语言的基本知识和实际应用的基本技能。教学的相当一部分内容与音乐专业有关。
2．教学方法
应按照学生的实际英语水平组织教学，教师应采用灵活的教学方法，处理好教与学两个方面的关系，充分调动学生的积极性，提高教学效果。具体采用“通过唱英语歌曲学英语”和“通过英语对话学英语”的教学方法，将学生的强项和弱项相结合。通过带读、对话、演唱、表演等形式改进和完善学生的英语语音语调，帮助学生记忆单词，增强学生的英语口头应用能力。
3．课程学习目标和基本要求
通过本课程一学期的学习，学生应掌握英语的语音语调，能在入学时的英语基础上学会500个英语单词，能就日常生活的话题进行简单的英语对话，能用较地道的英语演唱6首经典的英文歌曲，掌握一定数量的英语音乐词汇，以便日后查阅相关的专业资料。

2．Unit 2 Traveling （4学时）

3. Unit 3 Accommodations（4学时）
知识点：
（1）I want to...... （2）Could I have......? （3）By the way......

4. Unit 4 Having dinner（2学时） 
知识点：
（1）Do you like......?  （2）What do you usually have...?

5. 音乐词汇（2学时）
 选编50个音乐专业词汇，要求能够辨认，准确发音，并能灵活使用。

1、语音：掌握国际音标中的48个音素，其中元音20个，辅音28个，以及连读、连缀、省略、失去爆破、同化、异化等语音知识。此项教学内容穿插于每次的课堂教学之中。（2学时）
2、从易到难安排6首英语歌曲的教学，要求学生领会歌词的含义，发音准确，不看词、谱熟练演唱歌曲。歌曲名如下：(1)Edelweiss  (2)Do-Re-Mi  (3)Country Road  (4)Take Me to Your Heart   (5)Yesterday Once More   (6)Jingle Bells 。（14学时）

音乐学专业的大学英语（一）是音乐学大学英语体系的起始部分。它强调英语语言知识的巩固和积累，注重语言的输入训练。通过输入与学生专业相关的语言内容与知识，提升该专业学生的听说技能和有效交际能力，使其具备一定的英语思维意识。音乐专业的大学英语课程在教授英语学习的基本方法，语言的基本知识和技能的同时，会更加注重专业学习与学生兴趣点的结合，以此促进学生语言学习的全面发展。

College English Ⅰ for Music Major is the elementary part of the College English System for Music Major. It lays emphasis both on the consolidation and accumulation of English knowledge as well as the language input. By combining the knowledge of English language and the professional knowledge, the course aims to improve students’ listening and speaking skills and their ability of effective communication. Meanwhile, students’ awareness of English thinking is hopefully to be cultivated.  On the basis of the learning of basic approaches, knowledge and skills of English language, College English for Music Major will pay more attention on the combination of professional study and students' interests, thus enhancing the comprehensive development of their language study.
